Online qualifying rounds will be held in America, Europe, Asia, and the host country, Japan. The top players from each region will come to Tokyo in December 2019 to duke it out for the right to participate in the championship match.

Anyone who meets the following conditions may enter.
1 | You are 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. (If you are a Japanese national, you are in high school or above.) |

3 | Join "RAGE 2019 Winter powered by SHARP," the second offline qualifying tournament to determine the team that will represent Japan, to be held at Makuhari Messe (Japan) on November 23rd, 2019 (JST). |
4 | You are able to promptly prepare and submit the documents and certificates necessary to enter the tournament. |
*Minors eligible to participate in the second qualifying tournament (Japan Team Finals) or the final tournament must have the consent of their guardian or legal representative. They do not need to go to the venue as long as they can be contacted.
*Participants are responsible for any costs incurred in preparing and gathering the necessary documents and certifications for the tournament.

*In case of withdrawal of persons eligible to participate in the second qualifying tournament (Japan Team Finals) or final tournament, their entry right will be transferred to the next highest-ranking player.
*Those who acquired rights to enter the second qualifying tournament (Japan Team Finals) or final tournament as well as those who may acquire rights to enter the tournament will be notified via an email within the app. Please respond to say whether or not you can participate by the specified date.
*Failure to respond by the specified date will be considered a withdrawal from the tournament.
*The organizer will pay the round-trip transportation cost to Tokyo, Japan and accommodations for individuals who confirm participation in the second qualifying tournament (Japan Team Finals) and for individuals plus two companions who confirm participation in the final tournament.
*Participants are responsible for all other costs (food expenses, etc.) not covered by the organizer.
*Special emblems are an in-game item. Designs differ between entry regions and ranking.
